How to Order?

1	Fill in the COMMISSION FORM (link on button below)
2	Send an email or DM on Discord to inform me if you have filled in the commission form.
3	I'm open to price discussion, although I'd appreciate it if you accepted my normal price.
4	After receiving your email and commission form, I'll continue to discuss the commission via email or discord.
5	Once I agree with the commission, I'll send you the PayPal Invoice, Paypal Friends and Family, or Wise (Wise fee charges less than PayPal). See button below on how to use Wise). Either 50/50 payment or Full Upfront Payment
6	I'll gather some references based on your commission form.
7	I'll add you to my order list once I have received the payment, I'll make the first rough sketches, and after we agree with the result I'll continue working on the illustration.
8	I'll update the progress on Trello (link will share for clients only).
9	Once the illustration is done, I'll send you the final payment invoice for you to transfer the remaining fees.
10	After I've received the final payment, I'll send the HD illustration with or without a watermark on Google Drive.] {#FFFFFF}

Commercial Fees

If you are using the art for any form that generates revenue, it would be considered a commercial use. If the client wants to use the artwork commercially, they need permission from the artist beforehand. However, if they want to purchase the rights for digital or merchandise, they can do so later. Please note that commercial commissions will be prioritized over personal use commissions.

Digital Commercial Use	Double or triple from the total art(s) price	The art is suitable for any digital commercial use, including promotional material (promotional art, visual key for any commercial project), cover art (digital music album, comic, light novel), game asset (sprites, CG, character design), streaming graphics (schedule, loading screen, social media, banner), and video graphic (YouTube music video).
Merchandise commercial use	Triple from total art(s) price	The artwork or concept design can be used for both digital and physical merchandise, such as body pillows, postcards, posters, and printed materials.

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ACCEPT MY TERMS OF SERVICE	PAYMENT	REVISIONS & REFUND POLICY	TIMELINE
This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes.	All payment is done through Paypal and Wise	Finished commissioned work cannot be refunded	Completed Illustration based on your Commission Application should be ready within A WEEK or WEEKS of receiving the payment it depends on the complexity. I will update you if there are delays, and ask for feedback occasionally. You may ask for updates.
If the work is meant for commercial use, that must be stated before the work begins.	If you use Paypal, please choose the payment option “send to friends and family”	If the commissioner decides to refund an unfinished commission, the refunded amount will be determined by how much work the commission has done.	High detailed illustration, such as a full render finish, may need a longer time to finish
I reserve the right to use the commissioned work in my portfolio or as an example for future work.	If you choose “send as goods or services” or ask me for an invoice. There will be an additional fee accordingly (+5%)	-	Final artwork will be sent and handover to the client after delivery of the final payment
Please always provide a clear reference image.	Payments need to be transferred before work starts (either 100% upfront or 50% down payment and 50% on completion)	-	I work in GMT 7+ I'm available between 9 AM to 6 PM. I'll reply to any emails or messages a.s.a.p
Extra charge will be applied for additional content and illustration.
Deadlines and scope of work MUST be agreed upon beforehand or else there will be an additional charge.
All payments made for Sikeseeing are not refundable and not transferable to other events or groups.
All terms & conditions will be deemed to be agreed upon & accepted once the job is executed
